1. How to work with us?
Almost everything can be manufactured into lanterns. The designs,reference pictures are necessary before making the lanterns. Therefore,Please let us know what themed lanterns you would like and where you would like to install them. Then we can propose lantern design with suitable dimensions. The quotation will be provided once the lantern proposal is approved.
2. Is it possible to customize the lanterns?
Certainly,you can let us know what kind of lanterns appeal to you besides our proposal,we can design and manufacture then.
3. How about the price?
The price varies on the size,complex of the lanterns. Normally the price ranges 5000USD to 50000USD dollars.
4. How to pack and transport the lanterns?
The lanterns will be packaged by the air bubble films while the oversized lantern objects will be cut into a few pieces for loading and assemble onsite.Especially,the lanterns are irregular size objects,we will make full use of the container’s space and load them tightly for saving the space.
5. How to install the lanterns?
Normally the lanterns were installed in the lawn,therefore,we insert the metal stake to the ground for fixing the basement of the lantern while the wind rope is necessary if it is high lantern objects.However,we would prefer to drill the hole and insert the expansion screw to fix the basement of lantern on the concrete or any other paved ground. The sand bag or concrete piers can also be adapted if the expansion screws are not allow.
6. What the schedule of the lantern festival?
It takes us one month to manufacture in factory and then one or two months for transportation as well as about 20 days to install them onsite. Hence, around 6 months’ preparation in advance would be suitable considering the time to make the designs and contracting.
7. Are the lanterns safe for outdoor use? And how long does the lantern stay lit?
The lanterns are made of metal frame with Led lights inside and high density fabrics on the surface of the metal. Because the stabilization of the metal frame and high waterproofness of electricity inside,the lanterns can be illuminated in the rain,snow and windy days. The only concern is the color fade of the fabrics in the strong sunny day. The fabrics can last around 6 months in the intense ultraviolet condition. But it means that these lanterns can be exhibited in two seasons considering each lantern festival does not last more than 3 months.
8. How to maintain the lanterns?
It does not require too much attention once the lanterns were installed well.but pay attention to the fabrics only,because the fabrics may get separate from metal after long time blowing. The repair kit includes the glue is provided for such issue.
